Transformation of hybrid manufacturing industry based on artificial intelligence robots: from the perspective of enterprise financial optimization

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and robotics technology, the manufacturing industry is facing a transformation towards hybrid manufacturing. This transformation not only improves production efficiency and flexibility, but also presents new challenges and opportunities for the financial management of enterprises. Therefore, this article explores how to use artificial intelligence and robotics technology to optimize corporate finance in the context of the transformation of mixed manufacturing industry, in order to enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities of enterprises. The study reviewed existing research in related fields and developed an intelligent manufacturing system, focusing on analyzing production scheduling algorithms, scheduling optimal solution algorithms, and the design of robot motion monitoring and control modules. Through in-depth analysis of the financial management process of manufacturing enterprises, we have developed a series of financial optimization strategies and risk prevention measures. The research results indicate that the implementation of intelligent manufacturing systems significantly improves the efficiency of production scheduling and effectively reduces financial risks by optimizing internal financial control processes. At the same time, the use of new trajectory planning algorithms has improved the motion control accuracy of robots, creating considerable economic benefits for manufacturing enterprises. Enterprises should actively utilize intelligent manufacturing systems and efficient financial management strategies to ensure their leading position in fierce market competition.
