Integrating artificial intelligence and robotics technology into hybrid manufacturing to address the challenges and strategies of human resource management in the era of automation

摘要

With the advent of the automation era, the manufacturing industry is facing new challenges in human resource management. The rapid development of artificial intelligence and robotics technology provides new opportunities for improving production efficiency, optimizing workflows, and enhancing human resource allocation. This article aims to explore how to integrate artificial intelligence and robotics technology into hybrid manufacturing systems to effectively address the challenges of human resource management in the era of automation, and propose corresponding management strategies and solutions. A requirement analysis was conducted on the intelligent management system for robot collaborative manufacturing, and the system architecture and layout process were designed. On this basis, research was conducted on the automation scheduling of hybrid manufacturing robots, including path optimization and scheduling strategies for industrial robots, and finally, energy consumption optimal trajectory planning was carried out. Research has shown that building an intelligent management system can significantly improve the efficiency of production processes and achieve the optimal layout of robots in production by optimizing scheduling strategies and path planning.
