Hybrid manufacturing precision machinery production based on thermal energy cycle promotes enterprise economic benefits

With the increasing demand for precision machinery in the manufacturing industry, how to improve production efficiency and economic benefits has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve. The hybrid manufacturing mode based on thermal energy cycle provides an effective solution to this problem. This article introduces the current progress in thermal energy utilization in the manufacturing industry and finds that optimizing heat treatment processes has a significant effect on reducing energy consumption and improving production efficiency. In the section of thermal energy cycle and process optimization, the energy consumption characteristics of heat treatment processes were analyzed in detail, and an energy consumption calculation model was established to more accurately evaluate the energy demand of different processes. By optimizing the processing technology of mechanical alloys, the efficiency of resource utilization has been improved. To further promote the improvement of enterprise economic benefits, this article constructs a precision machinery production scheduling model for mixed manufacturing mode, explores the optimization path of enterprise production system, and analyzes the numerical indicators of production performance. In this process, in-depth analysis of driving factors and layout optimization design were taken into consideration, and production efficiency simulation technology was applied to propose a series of economic benefit improvement strategies, emphasizing the role of thermal energy circulation in improving the economic benefits of manufacturing enterprises. Enterprises can effectively improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and achieve sustainable development.
