Application of strategic management in hybrid manufacturing to optimize resources and workflows
摘要
With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry, the hybrid manufacturing model is receiving increasing attention. Hybrid manufacturing combines traditional manufacturing with advanced technology, providing enterprises with higher flexibility and efficiency. However, optimizing resources and workflow remains a significant challenge. This study aims to explore the application of strategic management in hybrid manufacturing to optimize resources and workflows and enhance the overall efficiency and competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. Research determines the core functions of the hybrid manufacturing strategic management system through requirement analysis and then designs system modules, including process planning, production scheduling, and execution strategies. Next, multiple evaluation methods are applied to assess the effectiveness of the system application in practical operation. Finally, layout and process optimization strategies were studied to ensure efficient scheduling of production resources. Research has shown that implementing a hybrid manufacturing strategic management system significantly improves production resource scheduling and optimizes production processes. Through process planning methods, enterprises can allocate resources more effectively, and production scheduling optimization improves production efficiency. Layout optimization and process improvement have brought higher production flexibility and shortened delivery cycles.
