Simulation of sculpture virtual design system based on multimodal image fusion and intelligent manufacturing

With the development of intelligent manufacturing technology, traditional sculpture design and production are gradually affected by the transformation of digitalization and intelligence. Multi-mode image fusion technology provides a new perspective for sculpture design and promotes the innovation of artistic creation and manufacturing process. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of multi-mode image fusion technology in the background of intelligent manufacturing, in order to develop an efficient virtual sculpture design system. By integrating a variety of image information, the accuracy and creation efficiency of sculpture design are improved, and the landing of intelligent manufacturing in the art field is promoted. Multi-mode image fusion technology is used to build a virtual sculpture design system by combining 2D image, 3D modeling, and parametric design. The system includes data acquisition module, image processing module, and intelligent manufacturing interface; uses advanced algorithms to process and analyze images; and finally generates digital models that can be manufactured. Through the application of practical cases, the system can effectively integrate various image data and generate high-precision sculpture design model. The experiment shows that the design time and material waste are significantly reduced, and the design accuracy is improved, which provides a new solution for the sculpture creation in the era of intelligent manufacturing. The combination of multi-mode image fusion and intelligent manufacturing not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of sculpture design, but also expands the infinite possibilities of artistic creation.
