Wireless sensor network based on IoT automation technology application in green supply chain management of automobile manufacturing industry

摘要

The automotive industry faces challenges such as resource waste and environmental pollution, and it is urgent to improve production efficiency and reduce environmental impact through innovative technologies. The rapid development of automation technologies in the Internet of Things (IoT) offers new opportunities for efficient and environmentally friendly supply chain management. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of wireless sensor network based on IoT automation technology in green supply chain management of the automobile manufacturing industry. In this paper, a wireless sensor network architecture based on IoT is constructed by case analysis and experimental research. By deploying wireless sensors in different parts of the automobile production process, environmental data, equipment operating status, and production process information are collected, and data is transmitted and processed in real time through mobile networks. The results show that the wireless sensor network based on the Internet of Things can significantly improve the supply chain transparency and response speed of the automotive industry. The research shows that the system has achieved remarkable improvement in resource consumption, production efficiency, and environmental monitoring and provides strong technical support for green supply chain management.
