Design of intelligent terminal app for digital manufacturing technology based on virtual reality and wireless sensor network technology

With the advancement of Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing has become an important means to improve production efficiency and reduce costs. The rapid development of virtual reality (VR) technology provides a new application scenario for digital manufacturing, while wireless sensor network (WSN) technology provides reliable support for data acquisition and real-time monitoring. This research aims to design a digital manufacturing intelligent terminal app based on virtual reality and wireless sensor network technology to improve the information interaction efficiency and decision support ability in the manufacturing process, so as to promote the development of intelligent manufacturing. This paper combines wireless sensor network technology to build data acquisition and transmission system to realize real-time data monitoring. Secondly, based on virtual reality technology, the user interface is developed to provide intuitive operation and data display. Finally, the function and performance of the app are optimized through field testing and user feedback. After testing, the designed app performs well in real-time monitoring, data analysis, and user interaction. Users can intuitively understand the production status through the VR interface and respond in time, improving production efficiency. At the same time, the app effectively integrates data from wireless sensors, improving the accuracy of information processing. The digital manufacturing intelligent terminal app based on virtual reality and wireless sensor network technology not only improves the information level in the manufacturing process, but also provides effective decision support for production management.
