Design and implementation of an intelligent digital manufacturing system based on PaaS and virtual reality technology

摘要

Intelligent manufacturing, as a highly anticipated issue in the industrial community, its supporting technology system is constantly evolving and updating. There are still some issues with the stability, scalability, and maintainability of digital manufacturing systems, which have resulted in their application effects not meeting expectations and participation levels not being satisfactory. This article explores an intelligent digital manufacturing system based on PaaS and virtual reality technology, aiming to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality. This article proposes an optimization algorithm based on virtual reality technology for implementing PaaS automated deployment solutions for managing networks and verifies the excellence of the system and the effectiveness of the algorithm through experiments to explore its development trends and application prospects. By utilizing virtual reality technology and PaaS platform, we can quickly build and simulate a large number of digital manufacturing, and PaaS is a cloud service that provides a system development, deployment, and testing environment. Through the resources provided by the PaaS platform, the design of digital manufacturing systems can be more efficiently completed, achieving digital development and independent deployment of manufacturing systems, and achieving significant application results in improving the scalability, stability, and maintainability of the system.
