Optimization of human resources in automated factories based on artificial intelligence in the context of Industry 4.0

In the transformation process of Industry 4.0, human factors play a crucial role. Human attitudes, abilities, and behaviors all have a significant impact on the implementation of Industry 4.0. But many studies focus too much on technology itself, neglecting human management and cultivation. This article aims to optimize human resource management in automated chemical plants based on artificial intelligence technology, improve production efficiency and employee satisfaction, predict the human resource demand in automated factories through data analysis and machine learning algorithms, and utilize artificial intelligence technology to achieve intelligent training and performance evaluation for employees. Then, combined with real-time monitoring systems and artificial intelligence technology, it achieves reasonable scheduling and resource allocation of employees and provides personalized career development planning and welfare management for employees through performance evaluation. The results indicate that human resource optimization in automated factories based on artificial intelligence is an effective method that can address the challenges of human resource management in the context of Industry 4.0 and provide sustainable development support for the manufacturing industry.
