摘要

The section of bamboo eaten by bamboo rats is smooth and clean, which is due to the unique lower front teeth of bamboo rats. Based on this, a new tool was designed to reduce the defects in CFRP processing. The new bionic tool with a diameter of 6 mm is compared with the existing dovetail and fine-tooth tool and the new bionic tool with a diameter of 12 mm. The results indicate that, compared to the dovetail-fine-tooth tool, the biomimetic tool exhibits smaller axial forces and layering factors, with a slower defect formation rate. The biomimetic tool shows a significant inhibitory effect on defect formation, and larger diameter tools achieve better machining results.
