摘要

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into libraries represents a transformative evolution in knowledge creation, access, and collaboration. This paper examines how libraries can navigate this shift by adopting AI literacy as a cornerstone for ethical, equitable, and inclusive practices. Drawing on frameworks, such as Hayles’ cognitive assemblages and techno-symbiosis, as well as complementary philosophical perspectives, such as phenomenology, existentialism, and digital materiality, this paper highlights the shared agency between humans and machines in reshaping knowledge ecosystems. Addressing key challenges, including algorithmic bias, language standardization, and accessibility, this analysis emphasizes the critical role of libraries as ethical stewards and mediators. By integrating emotional intelligence (EQ) into AI tools and fostering user agency, libraries can empower individuals to critically evaluate AI outputs while preserving intellectual and creative autonomy. Practical strategies, such as workshops, interdisciplinary collaboration, and institutional policy development, demonstrate how libraries can operationalize ethical AI integration to promote transparency, intellectual freedom, and cultural inclusivity. Ultimately, this paper positions libraries as dynamic hubs for ethical knowledge creation and equitable human–machine collaboration, ensuring that emerging technologies amplify collective progress and innovation while aligning with human values.
