Biomechanische In-vitro-Testmethoden am Kniegelenk
摘要
Biomechanical studies are common in sports traumatology and are regularly used to make decisions about patient treatment. Various test methods can be used in in-vitro biomechanical research, ranging from loading tests of implants using material testing machines, through passive human joint models to complex dynamic joint set-ups with physiological loads. This article describes the basic concepts and test methods of in-vitro knee joint biomechanics, their advantages, weaknesses and special aspects in the interpretation of biomechanical study results.
