Differenzierte Therapie der Multiligamentinstabilität des Kniegelenks
摘要
Each individual ligament structure of the knee joint has both specialized and synergistic functional tasks for knee joint stability. The most important prerequisite for the treatment of multiple ligament instability is therefore a comprehensive analysis of all affected ligament tears. In addition to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) diagnostics, clinical examination techniques and radiographic stress imaging are of great importance, especially in the chronic situation. Basically, the principle goal should be to reconstruct all affected ligamentous structures. In addition to the cruciate ligaments, the complex peripheral structures broken down to the subunits must also be reconstructed. This article summarizes all the important diagnostic procedures as well as the differentiated treatment measures for these complex injuries.
