Refixation eines osteochondralen Fragments am Radiuskopf
摘要
Elbow dislocations are the second most frequent dislocation in adulthood. This case report presents a patient with an osteochondral radial head fracture after elbow dislocation. which was treated with a transosseous loop suture refixation. This technique shows advantages by providing a stable refixation and avoidance of intra-articular screws. Overall, this minimally invasive approach provides very promising clinical results without the necessity of subsequent operations to remove the osteosynthetic material.
