Ambulantisierung der Versorgung als interprofessionelle Aufgabe. Implikationen für Rollen, Qualifikation und Zusammenarbeit
摘要
The increasing shift of gynecological care toward outpatient settings is changing care structures and modes of clinical collaboration. Medical decisions increasingly unfold their effects along temporally extended care pathways, making continuity, coordination, and reliable interfaces more important for quality of care and patient safety.
ObjectiveThe aim of this article is to contextualize the profession-related implications of outpatient-oriented care for gynecological practice and to analyze their relevance for interprofessional collaboration. The focus is on the contribution of nursing professionals to the coordinated continuation of clinical decision-making processes along ambulatory care pathways.
Materials and methodsThis article is based on a description of current developments in care structures and on an analysis of interprofessional collaboration and nursing roles within outpatient-oriented models of care in this context.
ResultsOutpatient-oriented care requires a process-based organization of care pathways and structurally supported interprofessional collaboration. Nursing professionals contribute to the availability of clinically relevant information across care phases through continuous monitoring of care trajectories, coordination, and close patient support. Academically educated nurses can further strengthen this function, particularly in complex gynecological care settings.
ConclusionUnder conditions of increasing outpatient care, interprofessional collaboration becomes prerequisite for effective gynecological care. Its success depends on clearly defined roles, organizational integration, and reliable financial frameworks.
