摘要

The care of breast cancer survivors is becoming increasingly important in light of rising incidence and survival rates. Advances in adjuvant therapies, including targeted agents such as ribociclib, abemaciclib, and olaparib, as well as innovative approaches to managing side effects (e.g., elinzanetant), are improving treatment outcomes and adherence. Imaging-based surveillance for asymptomatic patients continues to rely on mammography and ultrasound, although liquid biopsies such as circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) show promise but are currently only recommended within the context of clinical trials. Artificial intelligence is also playing an increasing role in supporting mammography. Comprehensive, interdisciplinary follow-up care, including reproductive counselling and survivorship clinics, is essential for both quality of life and early detection of subsequent disease.
