Fertilitätserhalt beim Endometriumkarzinom – Möglichkeiten und Grenzen
摘要
Endometrial cancer increasingly affects premenopausal women and presents a particular challenge in the implementation of guideline-based standard therapy, especially in patients wishing to preserve fertility. Fertility-sparing treatments therefore require clearly defined inclusion criteria and close oncological monitoring. Based on current European and German guidelines and taking into consideration endocrine treatment strategies, a conservative approach is acceptable in low-risk neoplasms with favorable histological, molecular genetics, and clinical profiles. However, interdisciplinary care and a strong commitment to patient compliance are essential.
