Auswirkungen der Klimakrise auf Schwangerschaft und kindliche Gesundheit
摘要
Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of the 21st century and has far-reaching effects on human health. Pregnant women and their unborn children are among the particularly vulnerable groups. Studies worldwide show that environmental factors such as extreme heat, air pollution and natural disasters increase the risk of premature births, low birth weight and pregnancy complications. Heat-related complications during pregnancy also include premature rupture of the membranes, stillbirths, fetal anomalies, gestational diabetes and pre-eclampsia. It is essential that physicians, midwives and healthcare professionals are well informed and can provide their pregnant patients with comprehensive information about risks and preventive measures.
