摘要

Endometrial carcinoma, the most common gynecological cancer, shows considerable molecular heterogeneity. In addition to the classical histopathological and morphological factors, tumor biological parameters now play a central role in the modern classification of endometrial carcinoma. Considering these parameters, endometrial carcinomas can be divided into four different subtypes, which have different prognoses and for which different treatment approaches can be used.
