Risikoschwangerschaft im digitalen Zeitalter – Von DigiG, hybrider Versorgung und dem Potenzial Künstlicher Intelligenz
摘要
The care structures in perinatal medicine are under increasing pressure for a variety of reasons. Comprehensive reform plans for remuneration and care infrastructures as well as regulatory digitalization acts aim to bring structural relief and improve medical quality. With the opt-out regulation for the electronic patient record for everyone (ePA), the Digital Act (DigiG) offers a second chance for the electronic maternity pass. The research, development and establishment of hybrid, digitally supported care models and programs has already been established in other medical disciplines and shows potential in the care of high-risk pregnancies. This includes improving the treatment of mother and child through continuous remote monitoring and reducing the structural and financial burden on those providing treatment and those bearing the costs. The collection of comprehensive real-world data can directly improve care and, in the long term, promote the development of robust artificial intelligence (AI) models for pregnancies.
