The soon to be released updated S2k guidelines for the diagnostics and treatment of endometriosis includes comprehensive updates, particularly in the chapter on management of patients with a desire to have children. This has been significantly expanded to include important topics, such as the use of medically assisted reproductive techniques, the impact of the disease on the ovarian reserve and fertility preservation. These updates enable patients and healthcare providers to access and use the latest information on diagnostics and treatment.
