Sozialmedizin als Teil der Behandlung von gynäkologischen Tumorpatientinnen
摘要
In addition to the physical effects, the disease of a gynecological tumor can result in a variety of individual psychosocial burdens for those affected. Organizing everyday life and coping with life can be overwhelming. This difficult life situation combined with structural barriers make it difficult to participate in society. From the initial diagnosis through the treatment phase to the rehabilitation phase, patients and their social environment are faced with various issues that require sociomedical support in all phases of the disease. Therefore, it becomes clear that different professions are required. Gynecologists working in interdisciplinary collaboration with rehabilitation and social medicine specialists, social work specialists, nursing personnel, psycho-oncologists and therapists enable holistic perspectives. Doctors in particular need in-depth knowledge of sociomedical aspects due to their central position in the treatment process.
