Betreuung von Frauen nach Präeklampsie
摘要
After hypertensive pregnancy disorders, especially after pre-eclampsia, women have a significantly increased risk of developing cardiovascular diseases at an early stage. Those affected, as represented by the Working Group of those Affected by Gestosis (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Gestose-Betroffene e. V.), have therefore long been calling for a standardized binding aftercare concept for those affected. Adapted to the international guidelines, some of which have already implemented follow-up care, guidelines applicable to Germany were developed as part of the revision of the Association of Scientific Medical Societies in Germany (AWMF) guidelines 015/018 “Hypertensive pregnancy diseases: diagnostics and treatment”, a concept applicable to Germany was discussed and a concrete proposal for a follow-up care concept was developed. The implementation of cardiovascular follow-up care for affected women in the clinical routine represents a major milestone for women’s health. This development is also in line with the focus of the new healthcare policy on the protection of cardiovascular diseases.
