Sektorenübergreifende Versorgung in der Pädiatrie
摘要
The current day to day political discussion of the reforms in the healthcare system makes it clear: our healthcare system is expensive but in terms of effectiveness there is a clear need for optimization in order to make sensible implementation and use of limited resources. The current hospital reform is aimed at concentrating the range of services on offer and eliminating unnecessary duplication/multiple provision. In pediatric and adolescent medicine the concentration process has long since been implemented in the inpatient sector, while not even every child has access to a pediatrician in the outpatient sector. Close networking of the various service areas (outpatient and inpatient) is unavoidable and also makes sense. This overview presents the current possibilities and limitations of cross-sectoral care in the area of the Social Security Code V (SGB V). Furthermore, approaches to solutions are developed, some of which go beyond the regulatory scope of SGB V.
