Impfungen bei chronisch-entzündlichen Erkrankungen und unter Immunsuppression
摘要
Patients suffering from chronic inflammatory diseases (e.g., Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus) are endangered by infections that are preventable by vaccinations, as they may experience severe courses of the infection and flares of the underlying disease caused by infections. Uncertainties in the use and concerns about undesired effects of vaccinations result in diminished vaccination rates of this group of patients. The aim of this article is to improve the vaccination protection by information.
