摘要

The development and use of artificial intelligence (AI)-supported medicine does not take place in a legal vacuum but within a traditional and well-established ethical and legal framework. These regulations must be applied in such a way that the use of AI in medicine is not prevented but only restricted and controlled in the interests of the patients.
