Gemcitabin-induzierte toxisch epidermale Nekrolyse bei Mycosis fungoides
摘要
Mycosis fungoides is the most common type of cutaneous T‑cell lymphoma. Chemotherapy might be indicated in advanced and refractory cases. Gemcitabine, a pyrimidine analogue, is often chosen due to its favorable toxicity profile. Severe cutaneous side effects induced by gemcitabine are rarely reported. We report on a patient with a rare subtype of mycosis fungoides who developed toxic epidermal necrolysis after two doses of gemcitabine.
