Interventionell-radiologische Behandlung als Therapieoption bei blutendem Analkarzinom
摘要
In the case described in this article a 75-year-old patient presented with severe anal bleeding. He had grade four haemorrhoids as well as an inoperable anal carcinoma and cardiopulmonary morbidity. As the treatment options were limited due to the high perioperative risk, a minimally invasive procedure was performed to embolise the branches of the superior anorectal artery, which significantly reduced the anal bleeding.
