Die starre Rektoskopie in der Diagnostik anorektaler Tumoren
摘要
Rigid rectoscopy is a standard coloproctological examination. This examination should be performed in particular for the localization of rectal cancer but can also be used for almost all diseases of the rectum in addition to proctoscopy. The examination can usually be carried out without sedation and, if performed properly, enables a good assessment of the rectum. The mucosa can be viewed statically and the function of the pelvic floor can also be assessed dynamically during pressing and squeezing. Assessment of the anal canal is possible to a limited extent and proctoscopy is the method of choice here.
