The State of Evidence in Acupuncture (Teil 2)
摘要
Evidence regarding the effectiveness of acupuncture for gynecological conditions has increased substantially in recent years. The aim of this paper is to systematically present the current state of evidence from 2017 to 2022 and to compare it with earlier reviews.
This analysis is based on the project The State of Evidence in Acupuncture, which evaluated systematic reviews and meta-analyses retrieved from PubMed. Included studies were assessed for methodological quality and strength of evidence and classified into four evidence categories.
A total of 862 systematic reviews and meta-analyses covering 184 indications were identified. Relevant evidence was available for 14 gynecological indications. Clear positive effects were found for menopausal symptoms and infertility (stress reduction). For eight additional indications, including dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, IVF, PCOS, PMS, and labor pain, the evidence suggested potential benefits. For hyperemesis gravidarum, labor induction, postpartum depression, and primary ovarian insufficiency, the evidence remained unclear or insufficient.
Compared with the period from 2013 to 2017, the evidence base for acupuncture in gynecology shows a shift toward higher-quality evidence. Although methodological limitations persist, the current data increase confidence in clinical evaluation. Further high-quality studies are needed to address remaining evidence gaps.
