Interview zu Klopftechniken in der modernen Traumatherapie mit Frau Dr. Antonia Pfeiffer
摘要
Self-massage and tapping exercises are still an integral part of Qigong and Tuina and are used to maintain health and vitality as well as to treat a wide range of ailments. In this interview, Dr. Antonia Pfeiffer explains how systematic and rhythmic tapping is integrated into a particularly exciting therapeutic concept—Process and Embodiment Focused Psychology (PEP)—and how it is used in modern trauma treatment, among other things. In doing so, it is possible to correlate empirical TCM approaches with a modern neurophysiological perspective.
