Prof. Liu Guohui im Interview mit Dr. Alexander Simon

As the author of two major standard works in English, Prof. Liu Guohui is regarded as a specialist in the medical classics of Zhang Zhongjing and “Warm Pathogen Diseases” (wenbing). In this interview, we are privileged to benefit from this scholar’s unique constellation of a strong Chinese family tradition and decades of clinical expertise combined with teaching and publishing activities in the West. The interview takes the opportunity to explore in depth some difficult and often little-understood concepts of Chinese Medicine. A better understanding should serve to improve the quality of treatment, particularly of infectious diseases, auto-immunological processes and chronic inflammatory conditions.
