Hopf bifurcation of a competition–diffusion–advection system with delays in a spatially heterogeneous environment

This paper is devoted to the study of a competition–diffusion–advection system in a spatially heterogeneous environment with delays and Dirichlet boundary condition, where the rates of intrinsic growth, intraspecific competition and interspecific competition are spatially dependent. The existence and stability of a nonconstant positive steady state are shown. Then, by regarding the delay as the bifurcation parameter, we investigate the Hopf bifurcation of the system. Moreover, some numerical simulations are given to illustrate our theoretical results.
