Seminormwise approximation by matrix means of Fourier series under some conditions with \(\textbf{r}\)-th differences and positive weights

In this paper several results pertaining to the approximation of seminormed functions by general means of partial sums of their Fourier series under the conditions on the entries of considered matrices are formulated in terms of r-th differences with weights. As a measure of approximation the suitable modulus of continuity of considered function is used. Some earlier results in generalized and improved forms are presented as corollary.
