<p>This work introduces a unified approach to derive explicit expressions for the isometry groups of the four six-dimensional homogeneous nearly Kähler manifolds. The method is also applicable to pseudo-Riemannian analogues of these spaces. Although some of these groups are relatively well-known, explicit descriptions are scarce in the literature and often overlooked by researchers in the field. By presenting a comprehensive method that avoids heavy algebraic computations, this study provides accessible descriptions for these isometry groups.</p>
