Contractivity and Expansivity of Hankel Operators on Newton Space

This work extends the study of Toeplitz operators on Newton spaces by Ko et al. (Mediterr J Math 21(2):57, 2024, J Inequal Appl, Paper No. 43, 15, 2024) to introduce and analyze Hankel and little-Hankel operators on these spaces. We determine the matrix representation of Hankel operators, establish criteria for C-symmetry, and derive conditions for expansivity and contractivity of Hankel operators with analytic, co-analytic, and harmonic symbols, contributing to operator theory on Newton spaces and the understanding of Hankel operators.
