Discussion on the Time Optimal Control Results for Hilfer Fractional Neutral Differential Inclusions with Clarke’s Subdifferential Type

The primary focus of this article is to investigate time optimal control results for a system governed by Hilfer fractional neutral differential inclusions with Clarke’s subdifferential type in the framework of Hilbert spaces. Initially, the existence results for the proposed system was established under certain mathematical tools such as fractional calculus, semigroup theory, multivalued map analysis, the properties of Clarke’s subdifferential, and the fixed point theorem for multivalued maps. Further, by using certain necessary conditions, the existence of time optimal control results was also proved. Finally, a theoretical example is presented to illustrate the applicability and validity of the developed results, demonstrating their effectiveness in fractional optimality strategies.
