Expansivity and Contractivity of Toeplitz Operators on Newton Spaces

The Newton space \(N^2({{\mathbb {H}}})\) $N^2(\mathbb{H})$ has Newton polynomials as an orthonormal basis. In this paper, we study some properties of Newton polynomials. Using these results, we investigate properties of expansive and contractive Toeplitz operators with analytic and co-analytic symbols on a Newton space.
